How does an evaluation work?


I examine your property on site for value-influencing factors:

Micro and macro location, year of construction, condition of the building, last renovations, sanitary facilities and heating technology. In addition, the layout of the property and the property and living space as well as the price trend play an important role.

Based on these criteria, I will create a realistic valuation for you.

What is being assessed?


The MARKET VALUE is determined, equivalent to the market value.

What is material asset procedure?

What is comparative value method?


This procedure is mainly used for the appraisal of real estate. As a basis, comparable properties with a similar condition and location are used and standardized. A sufficient number of comparison objects is decisive in the process.

The basis for this is a large number of criteria, derivations, factors, characteristics and coefficients for the comparison of different properties.

Can I rate the property myself?
